| School constitution is the school's essential demand of self-management. School constitution is not only regulated principal's power, but also the essential bases for principals to execute their power. School constitution that is concretion and complementary of laws is the basic source of principal's power. Aiming at the limitation of the regulation of principal's power in school constitution, we should strengthen the laws related to and perfect the prescriptions in order to guarantee the principal to execute their powers from the system. |
