Hierarchical Teaching, Heterogeneous Cooperation

As a scientific teaching mode putted forward in the 1990's, the experiment of the layering teaching has been carried out at the large region of our country. Some experiment centers have been set up and obtained a lot of achievements in research. But in the inland, particularly in the region where economic and culture is backward, it's difficult to popularize this teaching method. And this condition is also relative to the current system of education. In addition, the local difference of the economic and culture also bring huge resistance to it. But as a scientific teaching mode, the layering teaching has strong vitality. On the basis of the new reform in education, the author fixes attention on combining with the teaching and scientific research resources, consolidating the layering teaching and co-operational study, and the direction and interest in English teaching. And the author expects to find the combination of the layering teaching and the current condition of our school and establish the operational mode for the English in junior high school to obtain effective strategy.The new course reform puts forward new request and challenges to the elementary education. It fixes attention on each student's development of individual character and humanism. The new course reform takes the full development of the child as its starting point and the final setting place. This means that the development of talent will be diversity. In accordance with the development of society and educational theory, the layering teaching can call forth its new vitality and build up the teaching mode that adapts to the regional characteristics. At the same time, the ability of cooperation is the elementary character of the citizens in the 21century. And this ability can be acquired through training. Our elementary education must pay attention to training the students' character of cooperation, the sense of ethic and the sense of responsibility from childhood.
