The paper first identifies the goals, strategy and methods for the teaching-research. Secondly, it mainly discusses, combining theory and practice, the connotation and characteristics of subjected education, self-regulated learning and principles of instructional design. Supported by careful analyses and examples, the paper strongly puts forward that the high efficiency and quality of teaching is on longer difficult to any teacher as long as he makes better understanding of the above - mentioned three aspects and takes action. What's more, the author of the paper, from the points of the school manager, make an objective and reasonable reflection upon the process of the teaching-research. |
