Yunnan Health Of University Students Standards Implementation Process Elements And Countermeasures

In order to put into effect the gist of the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council's Decision on Furthering Educational Reform to in all round way Promote Quality Education, to unremittingly uphold the guiding ideology of Health First in school education, and to continually improve the students' health, the Ministry of Education and the Sports Administration of the State jointly constituted and actualized a try-on scheme for the Health Standard for Students' Constitution. Health Standard for Students' Constitution must be actualized entirely in varied school from the new term in 2004.Having respectively adopted the methods of literature., mathematical statistics, expert consultancy and questionnaire, the author of this paper, on the basis of her study on the actualization of the Health Standard research at home and abroad, to survey the managers, teachers of physical education and university or college students in eight college or university in Yunnan province. And study four element in the implementary process of Health Standard for Students' Constitution.The author analyzed the total implemented status through surveying the implemented status of the Students' Constitution Health Standard for Students' Constitution in Yunnan province. And analyzed the cause in unimplemented school: the problem; the management of the Health Standard for Students' Constitution; the matter of the ground, implement and outlay; the knowledge composition and the ability to instruct students of teachers; students' health knowledge and the effects on students of Health Standard for Students' Constitution in implemented school.After analysis the four element in the process of Health Standard for Students' Constitution, the author generalized four projects, the management project in the implementary process of Health Standard for Students' Constitution; the project of collocate in the ground, implement and outlay; the training project of teacher and the fostering project of student.lt may be used for reference to some relational educational agencies.
