Transition Period, Liaoning Province, Track And Field Personnel Training And Sustainable Development Research

From the view of the humanism of constructing harmonious society, the article restudies the cultivation of young athletes in track and field team and its continuous developments, in which reference overview, questionnaire inquisition, expert opinion method are employed. Starting with three factors, the cultivation of athletic ability and its potential, intellectual quality, personality molding, the thesis surveys and analyses the present situation and problems which still exist of the young athletes in track and field team, initiates some new ideas during the transitional period, puts forward the theories of its continuous developments, constructs the cultivating mode of continuous developments on the basis of "taking human beings as the core, connecting competing and teaching", practices the concept of "connecting science and humanity"in the process of young athlete cultivation. All of the these mentioned above are important for the flourishing of Liaoning track and field in 2008 Olympic games and its continuous developments after Olympic games, for the multi-functional requirements of the track and field in future harmonious society, for the cultivation theories of the young athletes in track and field team during the transitional period.
