While the society stepping into Knowledge Economy Age, modern corporate faces many kinds of chance and challenge. In order to get the chance and meet challenge, corporate must improve their central capability of competence. At this kind of age, knowledge becomes a very important kind of capital, and intelligence factor become the first fact. So, corporate training and establishing learning organization (LO) are attached importance to more corporate. Based on the combination of educational technology and corporate management, this paper studies the relation between establishing LO and implementing e-Learning, which is a new method of corporate training. It also tries to put the theory of LO into the construction designing of e-Learning system. This will make the e-Learning system has the character of LO.The body of this paper includes five chapters. Chapter one is exordium. It narrates the background, motivation, and intention of the paper writing. Chapter two discusses the related problems of e-Learning. Chapter three recapitulates the theory of LO. Chapter four expatiates the relation between implementing e-Leaming and establishing LO. Chapter five tries to put the theory of LO into the e-Learning system and designs a kind of content management system (CMS) in order to manage all activities about learning content. At the end of the paper, it is an epilogue. It makes the conclusion of the studying and gives some advices to corporate about implementing e-Leaming and establishing LO.
