Management is the one of topics everyone must face in daily life. Teachers and students are the main body of the schooling. The management of teachers and students become schooling theme, and knowledge management to students will become the most pleasant melody in schooling.Knowledge management is a kind of silent transforming educational Power, a kind of specific cultural environment, which functions as a guider, a controller and an edifier to students' development. Students can learn more than from books by his personal knowledge management.At present, the research on knowledge management to students and to instruction is still fundamental, and its theory construction is still imperfect, short of successful models in practical operations. The purpose of this research is to try to make the knowledge management in teaching process be conscious and systematic; to supply a theoretic and practical reference for physics teachers; to quicken the knowledge management's advent to the teaching process.Mainly on the base of my more than ten-years experiences of teaching, according to pedagogical and psychological theory, and on the guidance of humanistic and constructive theory, this thesis brings forward some maneuverable strategies of knowledge management in the teaching process.The body of this article consists of four parts:Part â…  expounds the correlative theories about knowledge management.Part â…¡ integrates knowledge management into schooling.Part â…¢ points out some strategies of student's personal knowledge management from the perspective of physics learning.Part â…£ points out some strategies of teachers and students' knowledge management in class organization from the perspective of physics teaching.
