The Construction Of Learning Organization Based On Knowledge Management In Chongqing Education College

Only by continually increasing organizational learning capability can an organization survive and develop in the competing environment. With the knowledge economics coming in the twenty-first country, knowledge as a core resource receives more and more attention. Construction of learning organization based on knowledge management relates to the survival and development of an organization in the knowledge economics. Construction of learning organization in colleges based on knowledge management is of great important because Colleges are knowledge intensive organizations and are important for national education and research. Construction of learning organization in colleges will help colleges to be more scientific, more standard, more creative and to achieve sustainable development. Out research take Chongqing education college for instance to examine the construction of learning organization based on knowledge management in colleges.First, we analyze some theoretical questions about knowledge management and learning organization such as the concepts of knowledge management and learning organization, the process of knowledge management in the learning organization and the relationship between cross-organizational knowledge network structure and the knowledge spiral. In the end, on the basis of the status quo analysis, some solutions and suggestions are presented for Chongqing education college to construct learning organization based on knowledge management. Such solutions and suggestions include increasing the individual systems thinking capability, flattening organizational structure, developing in-depth cooperation with organizations outward, establishing and completing college management information systems, establishing and completing college knowledge repositories.
