The dissertation centers on the problem of individualization of moral education in school. In open democracy circumstances, many faceted values provide hotbed for individualism and basis for individualization orientation. The dispute between social standard of moral educational objective and personal standard is the dispute of concrete historical rationality. In different society and different historic stages , moral education is thus emphasized differently. In modern society, the changing of life style and orientation of educational individualization provides necessity and possibility for moral education. The individualization of moral education regards the individual student as the target of moral education . Moral education concerns more about the individual life .It is in the process of experiences and tastes that develops moral conduct, i.e. to feel the general rule of life and moral principles people should follow. The author thinks that individualization of moral education in school should be with an eye to upgrading the level of individual needs and inspiring individual moral motivation. Thus the moral judgment and the ability of morality selecting can be developed , which can induct students to form and follow the suitable moral base line. The individualization of moral education should follow independent establishment inducted by value and reject the principle of indoctrination , at the same time , probe into managing system of moral education from system dharma for the individual morality forming .
