Junior high school serves as the critical period of students' individuality formation and independent development.It attaches great significance to improving the national quality and cultivating innovative talents.New curriculum standard explicitly puts forward the educational meaning of Ideological and Moral Course in junior high school.The learning content should be close to the practice of student life.Moreover,it must pay attention to students' individual differences.And it also attaches great importance to the personalized teaching mode reform and the institution of democratic teaching atmosphere.With the deepening of new curriculum reform,the democracy and equality between the teachers and students,the needs of the development of students' personality,individualization in the teaching of Ideological and Moral Course have become a very worthwhile study.Through the analysis of individualization in the teaching of Ideological and Moral Course,a new breakthrough for ideological and moral education teaching reform can be found and it can be applied into teaching.First of all,on the basis of reference materials at home and abroad combined with the related theory of personalized teaching,the basic meaning of individualization in the teaching will be explained in this paper.Individualization in the teaching of Ideological and Moral Course is characterized by different means of education and teaching based on different personalities among students so as to encourage students with different intelligence to form the development of complementary advantages and mutual promotion between individual students 'intelligence,promote the optimization and harmonious development of the student individuality,and improve the students' cultural quality and cultivate students' innovation ability.On the basis of the understanding of the basic meaning of individualization in the teaching,this thesis penetrates the existing problems and reasons in the process of the analysis of individualization in the teaching.In addition,the teachingstrategies in the implementation of individualization will be explained.And the cases in the junior middle school will be shown to illustrate this thesis' main points.Realizing some related theories about individualization in the teaching is not enough.More emphases should be attached on effective implementation and use of the teaching strategies.The feelings and experience of students should be paid attention to.The Ideological and Moral Course will be more close to students' cognitive level so as to inspire students' interest and activate the students to learn.The class will be full of vigor instead of rigidness.The three teaching aims will be achieved subtly in order to promote personality development.
