The quickly progress of Chinese urbanization becomes the motivation that Chinese economic and social development in 20 years. The acceleration of the urbapized progress in china, making the usable land of the city of our country faced with rare and rigorous environment on contrasty of the world. Measure to calculate according to expert's analysis, following to the current city with the speed of foundation facilities developments and urbanization, China from now needs annually 250 ten thousand acre to 300 ten thousand acre for constructional terra. This means the farmland that will reduce annually 250 ten thousand acre to 300 ten thousand acre. The decrease of the farmland of large quantity results in more farmers to separates out from terra as to be farmer without the land or to be fanner losed terra littlely. If this problem solution is not good, the farmers losed terra increasely will become the government burden and will endanger the social stability.Therefore, it is realistic and theoretic sense to promote the urbanization development healthly and orderly, which through solution of the farmers losed terra about their living and employment and how to control the used land creasonably in urbanization in precondition of analysis the relationship between the scale of a ground of expansion of used land and the farmers losed terra. This article chooses WangCheng county suburded ChangSha, the provincial capital city of Hunan, as the research object. The point studies the trend of expansion of the used land and of increase of the fanners losed terra in order to find out some regulation of them, then, we would discuss problems of the farmers losed terra resulted from expansion of the used land and reseach how effectively of solution these problemses.
