With the rise of knowledge economic society, the new national general education renewal is on the rise. In the course of educational reform, the innovation of educational beliefs should come before the improvement of the teaching sources. For a physics teacher, profound knowledge-base is not sufficient; he needs to arm with advanced beliefs and rich teaching practice. However, the traditional method course cannot reach its demands due to excessive content and insufficient teaching hours.With the development of information technology, in particular the progress of network technology, multimedia technology and communication technology, the web-based learning has made a great progress. To ease up the teacher's teaching burden and to make students touch the up-to-date educational ideas, the author has developed a web learning system for the course of physics teaching methods.Browsing and reviewing many web-based courses, web sites for learning, and teaching systems, the author manly designed and developed the web learning system on curriculum and instruction of physics, and then probed in the supporting theory, the mode of learning, the principles of instructional design, the process of development, and the application of its technology. The web is based on my faculty advisor and many qualified teacher's teaching notes and the basic course physics Teaching Methodology for undergraduates.The web system has its double functions: a web-based learning environment and an order program of microteaching video; and furthermore, the system management and resources management can be accomplished easily.The web course covers the basic content of curriculum and instruction of physics; and it has capacious adaptability and rich content. Its resource bank provides a lot of related resources, such as, media material web resources links, animated cartoon video frequency and audio frequency teaching courseware. The administrators can manage these resources, for instance, appending, deleting or amending. The students can not only learn instructional content alone through Internet, also help themselves absorb subject knowledge after class.
