Since 2001, compiled according to Chinese curriculum criterion of nine-year compulsory education (tentative draft), three sets of junior high school Chinese textbooks have first been checked up by Ministry of Education, i.e. textbooks published by People's Education Press, Jiangsu Education Press and Chinese Education Publishing House among which the synthesized textbooks chiefly edited by Mr. Hong Zhongli by Jiangsu Education Press enjoy a high reputation in congeneric ones at home and bear a good teaching value because of the novel particular design and scientific logical system..This thesis fully affirms the theoretical and practical significance of all sections of this set of textbooks in the perspectives of editing thought, contents and novelty and puts forward some simple ideas of my own to appeal all Chinese educators to pay attention to the construction of Chinese textbooks. Only in this way can the thought of Chinese new curriculum reform be practical and the painstaking of the editors be rewarding and our Chinese education be promising.
