The instruction of mathematics learning is one of the popular problems in the modern study of mathematical education. It is such a new domain: the research object is the activity of mathematical teachers instructing students' learning; the aims are to bring to light the law of the instruction of mathematics learning and to teach the students how to learn mathematics. Some researchers at home and abroad had studied such a problem. However, these studies involved only the instruction of the method of mathematics learning. The following four questions are the main task for the instruction of mathematics learning to solve: Firstly, it is the instruction to the non-intelligent factors and how to solve the problem of the desire of learning; secondly, how to develop the ability of mathematics learning and solve mainly the problem of the capacity of learning; thirdly, it is the instruction to various links and methods in the procedure of mathematics learning and how to solve the problem of the skill of learning; finally, it is the instruction to the strategy of mathematics learning and how to solve the problem of the possibility of learning well. The theory and practice of the instruction of mathematics learning show that the development of the instruction of mathematics learning is an efficient way for raising the students' interest and efficiency of mathematics learning, and an efficient measure for lightening the burden on students and improving the quality of education, and also an important content and means for carrying forward the education of quality and enhancing the quality of students.
