This article, guided by scientific professional guiding theories, closely related with the current professional guiding educational situation in at Dalian Women's Vocational Secondary Technical school; has carried out systematic theoretic studies and raised correspondent educational policies in considering to the students' professional guidance at the college. The article consists of four parts: Part One explains the significance of the chosen topic in both theory and practice and also defines related concepts; Part Two, beginning with the birth of professional guiding education, lists the general aspects of professional guiding education both home and abroad, and explains the new development to the concept of modern professional guiding improved by the person to profession matching theory and the theory of profession development guiding. Part Three, explains the study process of the chosen topic and stresses the general situation of the professional guiding education at Dalian Women's Vocational Secondary Technical school; evaluates the result of the study and the malpractice and deficiency in professional guiding education at the college; Part Four, depending on the result, raises a comparative systematic professional guiding education policies including construction of the course of professional guiding, professional quality training, the consciousness of carving out and professional career designing.
