Study Of The Vocational Values Of Female Students In Higher Vocational Colleges

Vocational value of female vocational college students is the overview of evaluation, choice and orientation of occupation, reflecting the relationship between female vocational college students’professional needs and their social attributes, playing the important guiding role in their career development in the future.With further reform and opening up, establishment and development of socialist market economic system, new characteristics have formed in individuals’ideology, which have great effect on Vocational value of contemporary female college students. Thus, it is the new challenge on the employment of college students and the education of Vocational value of vocational college to make sense the new nature and development of Vocational values of female vocational college students to establish proper occupational values.This paper learn from previous theories and research methods, based on the number of female students’Values of vocational colleges in Hunan province, studied the status and characteristics of values of higher occupational female students. From which conclude the principles、 the factors and the procedure for female students to set up the right vocational values. And put forward several strategies which can help how to set up the female students’right vocational values.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is an introduction which describes the research progress of vocational values home and abroad and proposed necessity of studying the vocational values for female college students. The second part outlines the relevant theories which are the theoretical basis, an overview of values, the vocational values and the content of female students in vocational college. Presented the functions of establishing correct vocational values and summarized the status and characteristics of higher values of female college students. Then the third part which analyze the principles、 the factors and the procedure of the right vocational values. Illustrated the correct principle of the right vocational values and detailed analysis of social factors, school factors, family factors and personal factors these influenced the right vocational values of female college. Then summed up the formation process for the right vocational values as follows:Initial, the cognitive and understanding, the practical application stage and the stage of evaluation and promotion. In the fourth part, put forward several strategies which can help the right vocational values for female students. The social trend need to establish a scientifically sound occupational values, national policies, institutional changes promote the female college students to change their vocational values. Society, college and family should take its responsibilities to promote college female students to change their vocational values. Also the female students should changes their own vocational values, the key ring in their life, through self-adjustment.
