High School Based Research System Operating Conditions And Management Strategies

School-based teaching research system meets the need of New Basic Educational Course Reform in senior high school, it is also the guarantee for school leaders and all the teachers to achieve the role transformation and specialization. The effective running of school-based teaching research system will promote the homogeny of a new teaching research culture and even a new school culture, in which students and teachers will develop healthily and freely.This research mainly uses methods, such as literature, interview and questionnaire investigation, etc, and probes into the current situation of the school-based teaching research system's construction and operation in senior high school. The relevant research finds that there are few diagnoses on the operation of school-based teaching research system, even fewer on high schools. Extensive investigations show that the situation of the school-based teaching research system's construction and operation in high school is not so optimistic. This following may represent the problem: lack of senior high school teachers' subjective status, the closed content and form of teaching research activities, shortage of professional direction and support, etc.Based on investigation and interview, this article analyses the subjective and objective reasons why school-based teaching reseach system can't go smoothly in high school. Then put forward correlated countermeasures, trying to perfect the system and promote it to run more effectively. According to these principles: practiclity, personality, expansibility, fairness, concordance and openness, these following should be considered to perfect the system: school-based teaching research organizations and their correlated management system, teachers' teaching research system, intercommunion system, service system, evaluation system, rewards and punishment system on scientific research. Meanwhile, all resources should be conformed in and out of school to promote its smooth operation. Firstly, to popularize the idea "scientific research can bring prosperityto school". Secondly, to found the community of training and research universally. Thirdly, to form the research atmosphere among teachers to build a new teaching and research culture.
