History teaching is a special "human education". In the world, what kind of human beings exist? And what kind of human beings can explore the world? How are the culture and civilization that they have like? And what about social morality and moral character? How can we make up a harmonious human society? How can we learn to respect each other, love each other and appreciate each other? And how do human beings treat nature, environment and the universe? How can we master and make use of knowledge and science. How can we develop conscience and how can we broaden mind. History teaching not only should assume the teaching task, but also must regard the problem as the teaching content in order to emphasize the characteristics of the subject—develop perfect individuality.The integrated history teaching looks on perfecting individuality as its summit ambition. And developing perfect individuality is not only the basic aim and task, but also the problem which history teachers should deal with seriously during the procession of changing the new courses. And how is the study of students in history teaching of senior high school? And what are the defects in history teaching materials? What do history teachers do with the problem of developing individuality in teaching procession? I find the answers to the quetions by abroad survey. I consider historical figures' teaching of senior high school as the keystone, and devote myself to letting students form correct beliefs and develop the ability of independence in judgement and criticism. And I also help them to distinguish the right values and the wrong through expanding the teaching content, improving the ways of teaching and studying, making full use of all kinds of teaching resource. The main purpose is to help students to master how to make a decision by themselves and form the habit of respect others and themseves, too. That is to say, I help them to develop democracy personality. I always try to let students form perfect individuality, such as active attitude to life and aggressive spirit. I want them to face the challenges courageously, have steady behavior, form creative spirit, surefooted work style and self-controlled character. I often let them learn how to be brave in facing frustration, and how to treat others friendly, and even how to hold others together to do group work well.
