Research On The Reforms Of Enrollment System To Senior High School Under The Background Of Separation From Management, Operation And Evaluation

Enrollment system to secondary school plays an important role and it connects two different kinds of education, one is junior high school education which pays attention to the balanced development of students, and the other one is senior high school education which is focus on the individuality development of students. While, in the recent years, Separation of management, operation and evaluation is the key point of deep reform in the field of educational administration. But there is few research on the reforms of enrollment system to senior high school under the background of this separation. For this reason, it is innovative in theory to explore the reform of enrollment system to senior high school under the background of separation from management, operation and evaluation, putting forward relevant suggestions about the reform on the based of analysis the relationship and respective interests of government, school and society. This will be conductive to perfect current enrollment system and realize the function of cohesion.Combining the background of separation from management, operation and evaluation, this article takes the reform of enrollment system to senior high school as research objective. First of all, the article analyzes, by the literature method, theoretical basis of the separation, system reform and enrollment documents of Ningbo in recent years, introduce the trend and value pursuit of enrollment system reform. Secondly, the article analyzes the current operation of enrollment system to senior high school in Ningbo by the survey research of questionnaire and interview, point out problems of admission criteria and process, from the perspective of management, operation and evaluation. At last, construct an ideal cooperation system in education of government, school and society, by the analysis of their relationship and power spectrum under the background of separation from management, operation and evaluation, provide some suggestions of enrollment system in order to promote its fairness, cohesion and effectiveness.
