2005 years ago, the Chinese great education, the Confucian initiator and promoter Confucius put forward that"Skillful in art"(《Lun Yu?Shu er》) and"Happy in achievement"(《Lun Yu?Tai bo》).It can been seen that more attention was paid to cultivate students′full development by learning different kinds of skills, thus enhancing perfectly built character. Art education should not only spread knowledge and skill but also spread observation, perception learning, experiencing, practice, express, creativity, feedback, thinking, evaluation, cooperation, communication and soon. Thus, art is a humanistic course, which plays an important role in purifying students′mind, improving beauty appreciation ability, perfecting individual development, causing students to develop fully and healthily. It is quite similar to the current experiencing teaching which focuses on both spreading knowledge skills and opening heart, enriching emotion, cultivating spirit. The 21st century is society knowledge and economic. which will pay more attention to students′development. The time also challenges art education for new requirement. The senior identification and appreciation course is an expand and development of the junior art course, it is a course to further improve students′personality. It is an urgent problem how art teachers improve teaching quality in the current situation, in order to teach in art, to educate in art. Experiencing teaching refers to an active, creative learning, a practical activity to realize students′automatic development. Through experiencing learning activities, art teachers help students improve learning ability, form their learning method, cultivate their automatic ability, build perfect character. Though many national and international philosophers and educators do not put forward to the definition of experiencing teaching, yet their teaching thoughts involve ideas of experiencing teaching, which give us much enlightenment. Senior students have some characteristics in both physical and mental development. With the growth of age, the addition of experience, the richness of knowledge, senior students have developed a lot in recognition and emotion, which lays a firm foundation of experiencing teaching.It complies with mental and physical development rules of students to carry out experiencing teaching in Identification and appreciation art course. The author of the paper, according to the current teaching experience, use experiencing teaching and multi-media, arouse students′interest, expand their views, lead in gradually; express its rich emotion. Through different kinds of art activities to explore actively, express freely, and analyze and discuss, in order to arouse their desire to the unknown fields, to experience pleasure and a sense of accomplishment, therefore, to make the art class full of life and creativity.
