Coming into being in 1940s, the modern electronic equipment-computer has driveninformation technological revolution in field of education and teaching from being anadvanced teaching machine at the soonest to a required course of middle school andelementary school (including secondary vocational schools) in modern times. Withdevelopment of information technology and deepening of teaching reform, the closedclassroom teaching has not met need of such merging subject. However, openness informationtechnology classroom teaching has been the main trend of information technology reform inmiddle school and elementary school.Based on the characteristics of information technology course and students in secondaryvocational schools, the article mainly focuses on a probe into introduction, theoretical basis,execution and achievement and thinking of openness information technology teaching.The introduction chapter first presents background analysis faced by current teaching –needs from deepening teaching reform, adaptation to information age, development ofwhole-life education and execution of teaching creation. Every teacher is no shirkingresponsibility of deepening teaching reform and advancing educational level of students inall-round. High speed development of information technology puts everyone into benefactionand threaten of information explosion. Adapting to the information age one should study andbe educated in his whole life, executing education creation practice ability and creation mindof students should be mainly cultivated. Then the introduction will discuss main abuse ofopenness classroom teaching: rigidity of teaching content, monotony of teaching method andclosure of teaching process. At last the necessity and pressure of execution of opennessinformation technology teaching are put forward.The theoretical basis of openness classroom teaching is advanced in second chapter. Theopenness classroom teaching regards course reform teaching idea, scientific theory of systems,constructivism teaching theory and multiple intelligence theory as its theory basis. The courseneed change autocracy to democracy, and closure to openness. Teaching is unity of instructionof teachers and study of students, which is called teaching benefits teachers as well asstudents. Classroom teaching is a organic system composed of basic elements of teachers,students, information and media. To achieve optimization teaching effect, the classroomteaching has have to be from closure to openness, an organic unity of each element andconstantly exchange of matter, energy and information with outside. Students are masters ofstudy activity and initiative constructors of intelligence signification. So aiming at differentintelligence feature of students, openness classroom teaching should really teach students inaccordance of their aptitude.The third chapter sets forth carrying out of openness information technology classroom.It is a teaching that teachers are leaders while students are main body, students and teacherscan communicate equally in class. Encircling basic idea of information new course,integrating teaching practice, the openness classroom teaching designs teaching target,teaching content, teaching process and teaching evaluation in openness. With slipping thebind of knowledge-centered, the teaching target changes to be the unity of targets ofknowledge, intelligence, teaching, emotion and skill. Based on basic information technology,uniting information technology development and integrating other subject knowledge, theteaching content should be in favor of opening and widening study and practice of students.To achieve to be openness in the course of teaching process, teaching should be a livecommunication and interaction, teaching space and adjust of teaching time should beelasticity and innovation, task derivation and study teaching method should be integrated.Then the evaluation system in which students and teachers can be promoted and developedtogether with an evaluation principle who insists on an integrating of quantification andclassification, scientificalness and culture, end and process, tool and noumenon .Achievement and thinking is stated in the forth chapter. Teaching achievement isembodied in the course of change of teaching idea of teachers, improvement of studyinteresting and performance of students. To provide a feasibility reference for teaching ofteachers in vocational school problems produced in teaching is also be presented.
