Problems In China's Primary And Secondary In-service Teacher Training And Thinking

With the development of reform and opening up and that of the society, great changes have taken place in the domains of economy, culture and education; especially the carrying on of the all-round education and new curriculum reform call on the majority of teachers to strengthen their further study and join in advanced studies to raise their profession levels as soon as possible; teacher training is spreading in the whole country, causing the tremendous concern of people. All of these put forward a newer and higher request to the training of the primary and middle school teachers in service. It is urgent for the training for the primary and middle school teachers in-service to decide how to adapt to these changes and how to develop and reform.
