With the deepening of education reform,teacher continuing education has received more attention,in-service training of teachers is one of the effective ways to improve professional quality.Using literature,comparative analysis,questionnaires,statistics and logic analysis and other methods,to primary and middle school PE teachers ' in-service training in Suzhou for the study,through Suzhou(six)and Kunshan,Changshu,Taicang and primary and secondary structure characteristics of sports teachers,On-the-job training and in-service training effectiveness analysis,understand the present,Suzhou city,the overall situation of primary and middle school PE teachers ' in-service training,analyze and compare the similarities and differences of counties and cities of PE teachers ' in-service training with pros and cons,the effectiveness of the training,and made recommendations to further improve the effectiveness of on-the-job training,For officials in Suzhou city in future sports on-the-job training provided in the reference.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Suzhou city,Kunshan,Taicang,Changshu and high penetration of primary and middle school PE teachers ' in-service training.Categories are mainly special training of on-the-job training,followed by the key teacher training and academic education.(2)Suzhou city participate in in-service training of primary and middle school PE teachers motivation of most school organizations,teachers ' work needs or the promotion of technical post title needs.Extrinsic motivation is greater than internal motivation,teachers under the lack of initiative,lack of enthusiasm.(3)Suzhou city participate in in-service training for primary and middle school PE teachers at their own expense or part at its own expense the cost of less than 500 Yuan,shows that attaches greater importance to related departments on in-service training,teacher training to give a certain amount of financial support.(4)Suzhou training organization is centralized in the use of modern network information technique teaching,by studying a combination of theory and practice.In-service training hours are scheduled during winter and summer holidays and on weekends,who expect on-the-job training is arranged during office hours or spare time.(5)Suzhou city primary and middle school PE teachers believe that on-the-job training will do the actual teaching and research combined,but in the implementation of the standards of primary and middle school teachers ' educational technology capacity and enough attention of thought,morality,and this will not help improve the teachers ' comprehensive qualities and training effectiveness.(6)Suzhou city primary and secondary school teachers on teachers satisfaction is not high,which have a direct relationship with the teacher's teaching style are indirectly related to training their learning attitude.The allocation of teachers lack of on-the-job training,need to get enough attention and strengthen.(7)On-the-job training than a single training old operability is not strong and cannot meet the actual needs of trainers in education,lack of effectiveness.Across the Board,training from top to bottom and no clear training goals,result in the lack of specific training content.(8)84.9% of the trainees participating in on-the-job training,planning of teaching more clearly,to grasp the training content,professional quality has improved(such as writing lesson plans,class atmosphere of Regulation),teaching and research capacity and ability were improved.In physical education teaching skills training in the best of them.In terms of motor skill training efficiency is low.(9)Suzhou city,Kunshan,Taicang,Changshu and comprehensive efficiency of primary and middle school PE teachers ' participation in training is the best,Kunshan,Taicang city,followed by the Suzhou training effectiveness in the "mean" position,training effectiveness,Changshu is the worst,on-the-job training,it is worthwhile to learn from in Kunshan city.According to the conclusions made the following recommendations:(1)Build external incentives,developing teachers ' intrinsic motivation(2)Full account of teachers ' needs,arranging training time(3)Training innovation,increase teachers ' motivation(4)Contents of the training set,highlight the effectiveness of targeted(5)Optimizing teachers ' levels,ensure the quality of training(6)Establishment of good relationship between teachers and students,to create a good atmosphere(7)Strengthen motor skills learning,teachers ' overall development...
