In recent years, with the deepening of China's education reform, the teachers are the main force of education reform, the quality of knowledge that teachers themselves have determines the quality of education and teaching,so teachers need to constantly update their own knowledge structure.Rural primary and secondary school teachers because of the limitations of their environment more limited their professional development.Under the policy environment of national full-time training, the satisfaction of rural primary and secondary school participants in training teachers reflects the training effect of in-service training more directly. The study of in-service training satisfaction of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas can guide the society's objective understanding of the in-service training of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas, and it is of great significance to improve the educational and teaching literacy of rural teachers.Based on literature and field research,it is found that the satisfaction situation of rural primary and secondary school teachers in in-service training is not optimistic.Based on the practice of in-service training projects for rural teachers in H County,Guangdong Province, this paper takes the method of occasional sampling survey, and conducts a questionnaire survey on 283 teachers in various townships in H County, and analyzes the reasons for the low satisfaction of rural primary and secondary school teachers in in-service training through the analysis of differences, correlations and regression. The empirical analysis results of this paper mainly include: the satisfaction of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in-service training is generally not high, individual characteristics affect the satisfaction of in-service training of rural primary and secondary school teachers, and the teacher's expectation and perceived quality are positively affecting the satisfaction of in-service training of rural primary and secondary school teachers.Based on the empirical analysis and interview results, this study summarizes the problems of in-service training such as the obvious difference of individual teachers' needs, the unpaid training expectations, the traditional training methods and the incomplete training management measures. Finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in in-service training from different angles, such as people's conditions,time-based,local conditions, system landing, etc.
