School Composition Teaching Healthy Personality Development

The twenty-first century is an era full of competition and chanllenge,so the talents trained by us should not only have knowledge,abilities,but even have perfect personality,in order to adapt the fierce social competition,experience the trials of difficulties and setbacks.In the long run,everyone should develop in the direction of perfect personality considering the development of the whole society and human beings.The heart of the educational research both at home and abroad has been changed from the original"knowledge education","intelligence development"to"personality training".The educational institutions are special educational ones,which can offer such conditions enjoyed exceptional advantages for training perfect personality.Chinese as a subject of study,possesses much more advantages in personality education.While composition teaching,should give full play to the advantage of training perfect personality for its being comprehension and personality information,which occupies half of Chinese teaching in middle schools.However,the composition teaching at present ,stresses more on examination and profit,which leads to ignore the students` personality educated,and lose the perfect personality of the writing main body.So,it is of great urgency to train those being educated perfect personality ,consciously and reasonably during the composition teaching.Based on the above,this article tries to put forward the implementing tactics on approaching the necessity and feasibility of the students` perfect personality in the real composition teaching.And it also tries to transfer the heart of the composition teaching to the writer`s internal quality and perfect personality,so as to reach the destination ,that is the development of the individual all-sidedly and healthily.This paper mainly discusses the training of perfect personality in composition teaching in middle schools.Part one:It determines the intension of personality and perfect personality.This part gives a total introduction and reasonable position to the concept of personality and perfect personality and further explains the feature of perfect personality by means of tracing back to its source,analysis again and again,comparison and...
