The essentials of Chinese teaching are not only confined to imparting knowledge, but also fostering man .Thinking about our realistic education ,I find that we are on a wrong way .Marks are becoming the unique standard in appraising students'abilities. We aim at their knowledge,and their aesthetic judgment as well .We must improve their aesthetic judgment and form their perfect personalities.Since these aims are essential to us, we'll try every means to obtain them .The thesis mainly discusses the three aspects of the problems in order to hit the targets.First, why do we emphasize the aesthetic judgment in Chinese teaching? Because the students lack the aesthetic judgment, while the aesthetic judgment is a very important factor in forming their perfect personalities.Second, how should we foster the aesthetic judgment in Chinese teaching ? We should cultivate their psychology of aesthetic judgment step by step, so as to lead the students into the mental activities of beauty appreciation .In order to improve their aesthetic judgment ,the teacher plays an important role in leading them .Third,the measures in details. We should cultivate the students'abilities of aesthetic judgment by all kinds of measures.As we know, Rome was not built in a day .The aesthetic judgment should be fostered little by little. Although we may do a little in leading the students to the appreciation of beauty, it will play a great role in their lives, and they can benefit from it all their life .
