Human has entered 21st century. With the global economy penetrating day by day, morality and multi-polity come one after another and man conception of value and morality has changed from "single" to "multiple". Traditional ethnical system has been lashed by the wave of market economy while new ethnical system hasn't been built. Students in middle school are a special group who has lively ideas and are plastic or likely to accept fresh things. Their body and minds are in the period of juvenility to mature. Meanwhile their ideas of the world, values and morality are still in the formation period. Nowadays middle school students who live in this background, their ethnical ideas and standards of right and wrong, good and evil have been greatly changed. Facing the great changes of international or national situation, ideaological and ethnical construction will meet the challenge of the new problems. The deficiency of substancial results in traditional ethnical education becomes more and more obvious. These new situation problems propose new subject to educationists. In this situation, campus culture has become an important way to educate students' morality which has unreplaceable function for any other social elements.
