With the development of educational theories and the elementary education in our country today, the domain of teaching is experiencing a thorough practice of reform. Classroom teaching, followed with great interest, is being promoted to the height of life existence and development of the individuals. People approach the existing form of classroom teaching from various angles with the purpose of enriching its theories as well as solving the remaining problems in order to lead classroom practice to the innovation of a higher level. With the research on Inter-subjectivity and communication springing up in our country in the 1990s, communication has quickly become a philosophic guiding ideology of education, and hastens the probe of the communicative theory in education. The theory of teaching communication has become a new focus of research in the fields of educational theory. The inter-subjectivity between teachers and students has gradually been understood and by more and more educational theoretical workers and teachers of primary and middle schools.Communication, a social phenomenon of people's interaction and the basic form of human practice and existence, connotes education as it possesses specific characteristics of multi-factors' interaction. Teaching communication, a teaching process with purpose, is an interaction between teachers and students, in which teachers and students, by the medium of signals, will communicate with each other, reach a common understanding and ally their forces to achieve the goals of teaching activities. The relation between the two sides of communication is not that of "subject and object", but of "subject and subject". In other words, the two sides of communication form the relationship of inter-subjectivity through the medium of their common object. The objects of the research are fixed upon middle-school teachers and students. Guided by the philosophic theory of communication and psychological theory of constructivism and humanism, with the communicative theory of teaching as the basis for a further research on the relationship between teachers and students, the research, in which some major methods, such as documents-summary, questionnaire and classroom observation are adopted, analyzes the situations of the present classroom communication, the existing problems in communicating and the reasons for the loss of communication in the teaching courses, What is aspired after is that the research will be able to improve the present conditions of communication and promote the effective guidance of the communicative theory to the classroom teaching. The research brings the fact to light that the teacher's subject position in the classroom teaching activities remains solid, while that of students isn't really established. The teaching course is that of students' completing teaching tasks conventionally and mechanically in accordance with the teacher's demands. "Monologues" and "instilling" types of teaching still occupy the dominant position. The leading teaching methods of "imparting" and "explanation" are still being commonly used as they were. The relations between teachers and students on the basis of the "subject-object" philosophy are so deeply rooted in people's mind that they can't yet break away from those of "giving-and-given" and "controlling-and-controlled" in traditional teaching. Such situations seriously restrain students' ability of thinking and their spirits of innovation. In view of the facts mentioned above, the research sees through classroom teaching in the perspective of communication and attempts to establish a new type of teaching on the basis of cooperation, dialogue, interaction and understanding, one on the basis of democracy and equality, one of creation and generation, one aiming at the development of human beings. Tactics of dialogue and cooperation between teachers and students are also put forward. This will make the teaching process one in which the multi-subjects will participate and cooperate with each other, one in which they will share knowledge, spirits, wisdom and meanings of life.
