Learning Support Services Management Research

Since the 90's of 20 centuries, with the fast development of the modern electronics information correspondence technology, the distance education gets more and more attention and its form and contents also gets the norm continuously, so the modern distance education is developing towards modernization. The distance education is student-centered, for this reason Learning Support Services becomes a special and important part of distance education. In order to realize the target of distance education, to study Learning Support Services from every aspect and to improve the level and quality of service are necessary.With the development that distance educate synchronously, there is a lot of the domestic and international research concerning the developments for Learning Support Services, primarily from its concept, contents and systems etc., but there is no general dissertation from the angle of the management. The aim of this dissertation is, from the theory base, content, principle and practice form etc. aspects, to seek the problems in Learning Support Services management and to solve them.On the base of consulting abroad relative references, the writer analyzes the research of domestic experts and probe into the management of the Learning Support Services. It expatiates the meaning of results management, quantity management, person-oriented management and knowledge management etc. To the Learning Support Services, and classifies helping service management more definitely, and summarize the student-centered, omni directional principle of service and moderation that we should follow in the management. At the meantime, I compare the domestic management with the abroad and bring forward the importance of the technology to the building of management mode. Finally, I sum up the problem in the study of the domestic help service management, and put forward the improvement of the quality of helping service by introducing the scientific management theory and organizing the system of science and increasing personnel's character technique, and promote the realization of distance education.
