To analysis the documents material by selecting, this paper stressed that we need more research on theory about the integrity of information technology and Chinese course teaching, stressed the integral theory foundation, the use of information technology on Chinese course teaching, the mode of integral process.Considering the view of cultivating the innovative persons, there are two forms, Researching study models and assisting study model, which based on the information technological teaching model are deserved to research and discover in further way. (That is to realize the teaching model of the integrity of information technology and course.).Nowadays, the main aim of Chinese researching form if to research the exact meaning of sentences, paragraphs and chapters in the text, recreate according to the main idea, arts style of works, and encourage the students to make personal explanations, even though it is classical works. When the students are making a researching study and applying the creative mind and critical mind, they can arouse their own study activity .Chinese assisting study model is called Chinese cooperating study model by some one, which means the students develop their own cognition, taking advantage of internet, multi-media and some connecting technology to study and master the study process of teaching contents by cooperating of teacher-student, student-studentThe integration of information technology and Chinese teaching must be based on the theory, scientifically and solidly. With the development of learning theory, transmitting theory and logic theory, the integration of the two is on the march. Meanwhile, the learning theory provides the fundamental and theoretic proof for that integration, while the transmitting theory as well as the logic theory themselves are closely connected with the subjects related to Chinese. Accordingly, they three , at the same time offer relevant theoretic support for the integration of the information technology and Chinese teaching. It is the development of the age that is the outside condition of the integration, however, it is the new fundamental course reform that is the essential condition , while the Chinese teaching reform is the direct power of the integration. The necessary conditions of the implementation of the integration includes: premise~the software and hardware environment related to the infrastructure of the school; basis-relevant education theory and proper operation skill mastered by the teachers. The application of information technology will bring a great impact on the Chinese teaching, which firstly urges Chinese teacher to change their Teaching concepts secondly helps to construct a new style and modern Chinese textbook system, finally sparks an earth-shattering reform of the way we teach listening, speaking and writing.
