Brief: to analyze the environmental education in the middle school, it is essential to master education opinions from Marxism and practice, study deeper meanings and features and dip into the tasks and aims in the environment of education. The practice of the environmental education should rely heavily on the students' developing principle. The article is to explain middle school's environmental education and to analyze practical activity. It also refers to the opinions from abroad. It shows in the article the problems and solutions in our country's environmental education, and emphasizes the important roles in geography and practical activities.  The environmental education covers a wide range, especially the geography education. The forms of education are various, but among them the practical activities are the most suitable for students' characteristics. This article introduces the necessity of practical activities in the geography education from many aspects, and also introduces the methods of many activities and the analyses of ways. The aim is to analyze the environmental education in the idea of practical activities, to show the complex relationship in education, to promote the development of the environmental education by many kinds of practical activites.
