In our age, with the development of world technology, the era of knowledge economy iscoming to us and international competitions become more severe, which makes higher request formany human's qualities, including mental moralities, cultural techniques, health qualities andpsychological qualities which are not only independent with each other but connect with eachother. One of the important content and task in quality education is to make students develop goodpsychological qualities and improve the level of their psychological health. In the ProposalsDecided by the Central Committee of the CPCon Strengthening and Improving Teenagers' MoralEducation, "quality education should be strengthened in order to apply to times development,social improvement and new, active demands of building socialistic economy market systems.Studends at all ages should be educated and instructed in psychological health through differentmeans in order to help them improve their psychological qualities, build up healthy personalityand strengthen the ability to bear frustrations and apply to environment."It is pointed out definitely in the Decisions by the State Council of the CPC on DeepeningEducational Reforms and Pushing Quality Education Completely in 1999 that aiming at thecharacteristics of youngsters growth under the current circumstances, we should strengtheneducation of students' psychological health, improve their indomitable volition and the spirit ofhard struggle and reinforce youngsters' ability to apply to social lives. With reform and openingand the development of our society, psychological problems among contemporary students haveled to attention of the whole society. The demands for talents' psychological qualities are more andmore distinct in the future society. It is proved by domestic and foreign school working experiencethat psychological health education is not only a kind of means and techniques;most important ofall, it embodies a kind of advance scientific educational opinions. The popularization ofpsychological health education is helpful to renovate and improve educational ideas. Therefore,school psychological health education should be more reinforced.Middlers are in special growing period when they grow very fast physiologicallyand thoughts and behaviors get to change very rapidly. Particularly, unsteadypsychological development determines that the youngsters in such period are easilyinfluenced by the outside. Wrong education will easily lead to differentpsychological problems. Psychological health education for middlers is a kind ofeducation activity to exert relative psychological education methods and measures,cultivate their good psychological qualities, facilitate their full developmentphysiologically and psychologically and improve their qualities overall according tomiddlers' physiological and psychological developing characteristics. It is theimportant part of quality education. It is to carry out the Planning on Education in the21th Century and to decide in advance "the project of cross-era quality education" inorder to cultivate high quality cross-era talents.This article is to analyse psychological health problems among presentmiddlers according to the special growing period of middlers, analyze the subjectiveand objective reasons of these psychological health problems from families, schools,society, and so on, then find out the reason-result relationships, deveolppsychological health education with definite purpose, exerting the main functions ofschools and the coorparating functions of families in psychological health education.At the meantime, we should clean the social environment and particularly, at present,we should reinforce the examination and education on the middlers because of thenegative influence by TV and internet. We should create comfortable and clean outerenvironment for middlers' healthy growth with the effective connection andcoorparation between families, schools and society and accomplish the purpose ofmiddlers' psychological health education togather in order to make sure that the goalof Chinese quality education is achieved and to cultivate talents who have bothability and political integrity.
