Perspective Of Private School Teachers Psychological Pressure

This thesis takes the way of qualitative research. Through a deep reviewing and chatting with some teachers and leaders in a private school, where the writer is working, to unveil the two main reasons which take great pressure to the teachers in the private school:One is the competition of the teacher's teaching achievement. Infect it has evolved into the living competition among the teachers of the private school. In this part, the writer mainly dissertated from two lays, leaders and teachers in the private school, that examination has become one of the heaviest mountain in the heart of the teachers of the private school.The other one is the unscientific and incomplete managerial system of the private school. There are dense marks of enterprise management on the teaching common management, applying of the system for appointment of posts and on some problems relating to the benefit of the teachers. It not only can't arouse the teachers' working positivity but also caused their psychological stress.In the last part of the thesis, the writer advised some ways about how to relief the psychological stress of the teachers of the private school. It is a systems job to relief the teachers' psychological stress. In this thesis, it mainly analysed from private school and teachers themselves, these two sides and took three countermeasures: 1. The private school should try to find a flexible and management system. 2. To show respect to the teacher is the key to relief the teachers' psychological stress. 3. The teachers should learn how to adjust themselves in the mind.
