With the reform of the new curriculums going on, Quality-oriented is urgent. How to bring up a creative person? How to carry out Qualify-oriented Education and what is the best to begin with? This article will cover the above-mentioned. Questions against small a current background: The math's teachers pay more attention to explaining basic concepts, grasping main points and developing problem-solving skills. They usually play a leading role in teaching, thus making their students good at answering questions in the same way instead of raising questions in a different way .1 think in the math's teaching, improving their ability of questioning is a practical way to carry out Quality-oriented Education, a basic way to make some math's discoveries and conduct math's thinking and an important way to train creativity. At present, about how to raise questions the math's circles have done some research on the following respects: the importance of questioning and how to design questions to lead the students as a teacher, but they have seldom thought about the following things: how to ask questions as a student. What role should the teachers play in the students raising questions and how can the teachers help the students raise questions .To solve such problems, I want to suggest some feasible tactics. First I think that training their sense of questioning and creating a suitable situation are the main factors for questioning. With the questioning sense, there will be students with criticism and censoriousness. With the suitable math's situation, the students will be very active in thinking as if they lived with a good land and spring, what's more, the suitable math's situation will be of great help to their sense of questioning. Secondly I want to express systematically four kinds of tactics which make students desire to question, dare to question and good at questioning then enjoy questioning .To carry out these tactics, the teachers not only need cooperation with the students, but they should change some ideas of teaching. They should think of the students as the first factor. They should continue to learn by themselves improving their knowledge attainments and their methods of teaching .At last concretely I want to discuss the tactics of question - raising, with the sense of questioning and guidance of the teachers, their ability of raising questions can be expected to be improved gradually.
