Competition, deploitation and innovation are full of the 21th century, in which science and technology develop rapidly , and culture and knowledge update fleetly, and all of that are focus on the competition from the innovator. Furthermore, innovation is the impetus, which is the internal factor and external condition. So, we put stratagem on cultivating the innovator and innovation which are related to the fate of the country.However, many elitists are cultivated through traditional education. But this education has many disadvantages which order the pupil in order and in step ,neglect the students'individuality, snuff out the innovation. Consequently, the focus of education reformation is cultivating the innovation and practical ability today.The students'innovation is produced and developed in the creating practice. The effective approach is that the teachers cultivate this spirit by teaching by hand at the raised platform through art education. By a lot of teaching and all kinds of handful material, a good practical opportunity can be provided for the development of the innovation , and sensibility experience also can be gained .During man-made teaching, the innovation and practical ability require that the teachers use rich and colorful teaching method and strategy by human origin to cultivate the students'innovation and consciousness according to these principles of collectivity, democracy, subjectivity, bestir ,practice...
