In this paper, preliminary studies on mathematical problem solving efficiency of thesecondary school students were conducted from the status of research in secondarymathematical problem solving efficiency problems .The study found that the currentstudy in secondary school mathematical problem solving efficiency is a weak link in themathematical problem solving study, particularly, the mathematical problem solvingefficiency attribution study is a blank spots. This paper defined the concept ofmathematical problem solving efficiency attribution, and analysis the mathematicalproblem solving efficiency attribution status, the factors on mathematical problemsolving efficiency attribution and how to guide students in science mathematics problemsolving efficiency attribution to increase its efficiency in the basis of some theoreticalstudies and empirical research .Specifically, the text focuses on the following aspects :1. The research status of Mathematical problem solving efficiency. The currentstudy on mathematical problem solving research, is more math problems' concept,teaching, thinking strategies, against the mathematical problem solving process,mathematical problem solving results . The study ignore the impaction on the students'non-cognitive factors and motives, feelings, and other non-cognitive factors on themathematical problem solving efficiency. The analysis on mathematical problem solvingefficiency is more on the causes of specific knowledge and methods, less attention on themathematical problem solving efficiency attribution.2. Attribution theory. Attribution theory is a Psychology theory on people how toexplain the interpretation of themselves and others and the interpretation of such acts howthey affect their motivation, emotional and acts. The theory raised a means on revealingthe law of motivated role. Through a series appropriated, purposeful, planned, targetedattributed training to enable students to recognize the reason that affect theirmathematical problem solving efficiency , stimulate overcoming difficulties andcontinuing to beyond their potential energy. It is meaningful to raise the mathematicalproblem solving efficiency of the students.3. The attribution's impaction on the mathematical problem solving efficiency. Theattribution's impaction on the mathematical problem solving efficiency manifested in twoaspects: in the course of mathematical problem solving solution;The results in theemergence of mathematical problems to solve those acts. Through case found that theattribution's impact on mathematical problems can not be ignored, a different style tolarge extent due to lead to different results. Thus the efficiency of mathematical problemshave a considerable impact.4. Students' attribution style. The author understands the situation of students'mathematical problem solving efficiency through investigation. Thus the author canexplore the scientific attribution training model, to help students improve self-confidencein math problem solving , improve their sense of self-efficacy, arouse their enthusiasm tolearn and develop good study habits, thereby enhancing the efficiency of mathematicalproblem solving.5. Analysis the affecting factors on students attribution style. A person's style is thecrystal of his actual causal relationship. The style was different between different realreflects in the life and the reality of the causal relationship. we can help the students toimprove their inappropriate attribution tendency due to its active, to guide them toacquire scientific attribution.6. Through research to enable students to understand simple attribution commonsense, to explore training methods, let the students form intrinsic motivation to learnand develop to a proper understanding of failure, not to succumb to the environmentalimpact, and for their own self-learning monitoring, self-control, and form a positiveself-awareness systems. It can not only improve the learning of mathematics problemsolving, enhance their mathematical problem solving efficiency effectively, and it isuseful for others subject.
