Mathematics is a compulsory subject in the Chinese college entrance examination, and is also likely to cause students to polarization disciplines, therefore, teachers, students and parents are very seriously on senior middle school mathematics learning. Mathematics learning is largely depends on learning efficiency. Students who has a low learning efficiency is hard to get a good mathematics learning and a good mark. In senior middle school, there are a large number of low efficiency students. How to improve these students'learning efficiency, to improve their mathematics learning, is worth to study.This article first described this subject's meaning, necessity and feasibility, research methods, ideas and innovation points. Secondly, an overview of related subjects in domestic and abroad to analyze the main problems in the present study. And on this basis, define the main concepts in this article:students of mathematic learning disability and mathematics learning efficiency, the theoretical basis are:intellectual factors, non-intellectual factors, behavioral theory, cognitive theory, and meta-cognitive theory. Again, for senior middle school mathematics learning difficulties learning inefficient attribution research, senior middle school math teachers and students conducted a questionnaire survey.The survey results were analyzed and compared, we found that the factors affecting the efficiency of health to study (in effect from biggest to smallest):cognitive factors, non-intellectual factors, explicit behavior and meta-cognitive factors. High School mathematics learning difficulties affecting learning efficiency of the two health factors (by impact from biggest to smallest) are:mathematical problem-solving ability, mathematical cognitive strategies, interest in learning mathematics, mathematics learning motivation, mathematics learning programs, mathematics learning, mathematics Reflection on the learning process and control and mathematics learning habits.According to the survey findings, Health and in accordance with mathematical learning difficulties and low learning efficiency divided into four types of different reasons for different types of students, make learning efficiency improvements.
