Education is the prime mover of social and economic development. Internationalcompetition in a new era is a competition in economic strength, one in scientifictechnology, in the final analysis one in talents. However, Cultivating talents must relyon education. Implementing ability-oriented education and improving basiceducation quality are not independent of top-quality teacher team. Education forteachers training consists of three phases in a mutually connected way, that is,pre-service cultivation, entering-service training and on-service training for teachers.Forming a successive and uninterrupted entirety, the three phases play an importantrole in professional development and life education for teachers. Furthermore,on-service education and training for teachers are effective approaches toheightening existent teachers' quality in secondary schools and primary schools;Consequently, all the countries in the world attach much more importance to them.As an era of knowledge-oriented ,also as an era of informationization,the 21Stcentury is putting forward some new requirements for talents. Modern talents viewcalls for talents not only to be experts in a professional domain, but also to beall-around talents who can perform pertinent domains with skill and ease. Both newage and new talent view bring up some new requests. The curriculum reform in anew round as systems engineering advances unprecedented challenges toteachers ,appealing teachers to change their roles as soon as possible and boostthe development of specialty ability .Hence,it is an urgent demand for teachingreform of current education to strengthen teachers training .Theory of four pillars deems that in age of information,modern people shouldlearn to know,learn to do ,learn to live together and learn to be,among which,learning to study is the key to accepting new challenges and taking newopportunities. Study becomes a lifetime behavior, and study all one's life turns intothe necessity of the times. In order to accommodate themselves to the requirementsof learning society , teachers must undertake all kinds of trainings in aninitiative ,active and cheerful way.To sum up,it is new curricula, new era ,new talents standards , the advent ofthe times of study all one's life ,etc that make heavy demands for teachers' role andspecialty development. Because the former training pattern cannot suffice forpresent teachers training in training notions, training pattern, training ways andmeans and so forth. Furthermore, in the former training pattern there are hightraining costs, unfavorable effect, lack of pertinence, poor maneuverability andsevere formalization tendency. With the advent of informationization era, widelydeveloped compus networks have made it feasible for long-range education with theaid of Internet. So probing into the teacher's training patterns in the network contexthas the great significances of both theory and practice.Based on the sum-up and analysis of the deficiencies in former training patterns,according to actual demands for teachers training in Taishan Section,Taian ofShandong Province, we have investigated and groped for five teachers trainingpatterns fit for network context, such as investigative learning, case training,collaborative learning, independent learning and anchored learning. For the sake ofa due guarantee of good training effects, we have set detailed appraise standardsfor learning surroundings in networks, learner and tutor , and strictly prescribed theprocess of implementing appraise, Otherwise developing and creating a website ofteachers training in Taishan Section. Thus operating website and putting five trainingpatterns into practice have paved a new way for the reform and innovation ofteachers training patterns.Teachers training shoulders heavy responsibilities and there is a long way to gofor the exploration of teachers training patterns. Now teachers training are carriedout by integrating advanced notions of teacher's training with network technique,which hurdles the deficiency of traditional teachers training patterns and forcefullypromotes the increase of training quality. Nevertheless, not all teacher's training areperformed by means of Internet. Accordingly, it is completely essential for traditionaltraining patterns and new training patterns to effectually get united and mutuallybecome complementary.
