National Training Plan-Research On The Effecticenness Of The Network Training Platform In Jiangxi Province

Network Training Platform is an important part of National Training Plan in Jiangxi. With high speed development on social economy, teacher’s continuing education has been paid much attention by the state education department, since there is increasing social demand on teachers’ qualification under the key period of social transformation. So far, the education authorities focus on improving the level of teachers training, and setting up an scientific and sustainable mode of distance training as well. Since teacher training project is a complex project which is influenced by many factors, how to guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness of the participation teachers is the major work. Thus the research on the effectiveness of Network Training Platform is an meaningful topic, which can meet today’s social development needs.Short-term training and network training platform are included in the National Training Plan in Jiangxi. The effectiveness on network teachers’ participation is studied in this thesis. National Training Plan has been implemented for four years since 2010. However, for the after-training effects,thorough investigation and survey of the participates are necessary. Effectiveness research is the effect of the after training on network training platform. Aiming at the specific training programs provided by the platform, any information from the participation of teachers are collected and analyzed. Another concrete and scientific analysis is to the progresses from three main aspects: teacher’s ethics education, professional knowledge and teaching skills before and after training. It is hoped to provide suggestions and methods for the improvement of the practicability of the network training platform, network training mode and assessment. According to the teacher training effectiveness theory home and abroad, literature study method, interviewing method, questionnaire and other research methods are adopted to analyze the influential factors of the training effectiveness on network training platform. And some workable suggestions are tried to be advised to those universities and administrative departments of education who are the National Training Plan organizer, in the hope of offering applicable reference to network training activities in the future, and improving the normalization of network training mode finally.
