With the coming of the knowledge-based economy ages, in the future society,anyone who has the talent of the frontier spirit becomes the basic request. The economiccompetition of the scope of world, the national synthesize strength competition,substantially is the competition with the scientific technology and the national quality.The education is an internal motive that the society develops. From this meaning, in 21century's international competition, the one who has controlled the education of 21century can be at the place of the active strategy position .The experts in the developedcountries in the world have cast their attention to the education of the 21st century. Howto cultivate the talented persons of the century has become the common concern in theeducational fields in the whole world. In order To meet the requirement of modernreformation situation, I take this topic in the hope of promoting the further developmentof the Cooperative learning theory and experiment of the chemistry in the reform of theeducation practice.The Cooperative Learning is a kind of teaching tactics. It refers to put to use theCooperative Learning's aim and the intensive system, and it aims to make studentsexchange ideas positively, turn over to think actively and develop in an all-round wayeffectually. The implementation of the tactic can change the idea of looking on teachersas the core of class into students as thecore. It can also change the simple exchangingway of information into varieties. And it emphasizes the democracy in class, not thedictatorship of the social psychological atmosphere. Thus the implementation ofCooperative Learning of chemistry experiment teaching in middle school is the concreteincarnation of the full-scale development in the over-all education, the principle ofprincipal part, the law of development, and cooperation.The thesis starts from the request of the quality, puts the emphasis on fosteringthe innovative spirit and practical ability of the students,analyz-ing the shortcomings inthe chemistry experimental teaching in middle-school in China and introduces thefunction of experimental teaching. There are special advantages in chemistryexperiments. It can't be substituted by other teaching method in fostering the innovativeability. The thesis defines the function of the experimental teaching, innovative abilityand the connotation of chemistry experimental teaching's strategy. It questions the modeof the chemistry experimental teaching and the teaching strategy of enforcing theinnovative ability, depending on the education, psychology and the theory of chemistryexperiment.This topic makes a theoretical treatise and practical probing in innovative educationin chemistry experimental teaching in middle school. At last it puts some pieces ofthoughts and outlook about the questions in chemistry experimental teaching: renew theideas and reinforce the experimental ideas and make it better in practice gradually. Itmakes a shining point and symbol to change the learning method of the students. Theteachers should put themselves at a proper position and get on well with the students inthe teaching process. They should do things together with the students and improve withthem. They should develop the students' independence as a supporter, helper, superiorcooperator in the students' knowledge constructing and the helper to the students'studying activity. It promotes the students to study actively and separately under the helpof the teacher. They should create good educational environment and make fair and goodteaching atmosphere. They should lead the students ask questions, research and studyactively, learn in the practice, and develop the students' attitude and ability of masteringand using knowledge. It can provide the students enough space and time for the students'active research and improving the studying effect to greatly increase the contents aboutlife and society and select carefully the interesting cases. From the development of thestudents in the future, that'll do well to the students in their learning to learn, learning tothink, learning to create and develop. They're widely set and used in the real life andsocial reality and make the students form the desire to get knowledge, to probe and tocreate, and form the habit of thinking scientifically and the ability of continuousdevelopment.Practice makes it clear that Cooperative Learning is valuable. It not only improvesthe social Psychological atmosphere in class, but also improves the teaching quality.Meanwhile, it can let the students become interested in learning and train the students'ability of blazing new trails. At last, it promotes the development of students'non-intelligence factors. On a whole, the Cooperative Learning is worth studying andpopularizing.
