The student is a key factor which has a great effect on educationOn condition that the student has a desire to study and improvehimself from his inner heart , we can ensure a high effectiveteaching and make so many difficult problems to be solved easily. Interms of keeping such a positive state of mind to excavate hispotentialities , the author's view is to carry out the admirationeducation.The admiration education is founded on the basis of respectingthe personality of the students, which admits and respects thedifferences among them. .It is a kind of positive intensive educationwhich uses an eye of admiration to find the advantages that exist inthe students themselves and affirm them as possible as we can so asto inspire the students effectively. This education is based on thehierarchy of needs theory by Marslowe ,the expectation effect theoryby Rothentar the multi-variant theory by Gardener and the attributiontheory by WeinerAs the admiration education is based on scientific theories, it issignificant. First, it is the key factor to create a harmony schoolculture. Second, it can improve the development of students'non-intelligence factors. Third, it does good to the students' health,physically and mentally. At present, however, the situation ofcarrying out admiration education at school is not satisfying andoptimistic. Few teachers can understand its great significance whilefew schools carry out this education. Worse still, phenomenon ofpunishment almost exist in all schools. In fact , few students canenjoy teachers' love and care. All these result from leaders'out-of-date educational ideas, the lack of scientifitic educationalvaluation, and teachers' poor comprehension of admiration education.In terms of the factors which influence the admiration education,the author comes up with some physical feasible measures in thisessay. Above all ,we should grasp two premises, namely ,to form theessential idea and create an atmosphere and environment foeadmiration education. Then we should deal well with the four waysto realize this kind of education: try to hunt for the materials used foradmiration education in our daily life;to carry out this educationmainly in class;deepen admiration education by the way of colorfulactivities;to co-operate with parents. At last the author offers somephysical demands to school leaders. Leaders should strengthen theirsense of carrying out admiration education. They should takeadmiration as school motto and characteristics. They should valuateteachers with ideas of admiration education. Besides, invite parents tosupervise the enforcement of education. In the respect of educationalvaluation, they should inspire the students to think they can doeverything well so long as they do, and at the same time point outtheir disadvantages while they are doing. Much attention should bepaid to every result they achieve, help them set up a proper goal tohave any chance to be successful. Teachers should consider admiringstudents as their duty and form a habit of admiring students .Everyday teachers should constantly inspect their own behavior accordingto the standards of admiration education and make efforts to be ateacher loved by the students. In the process of education we not onlyenjoy the art of admiration ,but also admit its limit to avoid mistakesas possible as we can. Ensure Only this can we ensure the practicaleffect of admiration education.Nowadays, to create the harmony society has become the mainmelody throughout the country. Influenced by this atmosphere, everyschool seeks to create a harmony campus culture. Admirationeducation can make people form a harmony state of mind .Therefore,it is of great significance for schools to put admiration education intopractice.
