| Abstract:Sports lessons is a form of the scientific and reasonable teaching in the new curriculum reform, which has attracted most of PE teachers. For the purpose of the theory and practice of the sports lessons, this article conduct a innovation and a literature review, and promote and enrich the scientificdevelopment of sports further combined with physical practice. This article has carried on the interpretation and analytical of the sports lessons with literature material method; I visit or telephone interview some part of university and middle school teachers with Interview Method, and recorded their views and the sports lessons of experience carefully; By consulting and generalizing experts'suggestion and investigation results, this article has carried on comprehensive analysis and studies. Firstly, this paper describes the theory of Sports lessons, including background, the role of significance, the basic features, principles, the content of the basic steps, types, specific implementation strategies and introduction of evaluation methods, at the same time innovation, this article enriches the Sports Lessons theoretical foundation (physical, physiological,education, psychology, philosophy of education, behavioral science, management science and aesthetics based foundation), and explains the basic elements of sports lessons. Secondly, this article explores the practice of sports lessons, including the requirements of sports lessons, the applications of sports lessons in theuniversity, and the important meaning, basic principles and strategies ofpre-employment speaking lessons skills training. The theory of sports lessons lies in the specific application and the methods and strategies in the actual work, to enhance its significance. The theory instruct the practice, and on practical activities. Understanding the relationship between theory and practice is our magic weapon in the future.
