The new Chinese syllabus, Chinese is the most important communicative tool and cultural carrier, and improving the cultural quality, aesthetic taste, the development of healthy personality, and gradually forming a sound personality, which are clearly presented as language teaching aim. Chinese personality education is received the unprecedented value. How to develop and deepen Chinese Personality edueation in high school,how to correctly understand the relationship between Chinese education and personality education in Chinese teaching as a high school language teacher, how to effectively implement character education, all what is the problem that deserves thorough research. Based on this, the issues surrounding the implementation of high school Chinese personality education practice will be comprehensively discussed.Based on the introduction of current high school Chinese personality education, the issue of this article is explored, and then several basic concepts are explained. The paper includes five chapters. The first chapter is the theory construction. Based on the personality education model includes school, family, personality, society and students, proposed high school Chinese personality education "quadrangle" model includes teachers, teaching materials, teaching and students, which is the theoretical basis. From the second to the fifth chapter, respectively, which is centered around the "quadrangle" model. The second chapter from the perspective of teachers’ personality, four recommendations are proposed to strengthen high school Chinese teacher’s cultivation of personality. The third chapter from the perspective of teaching material, some suggestions are proposed to dig teaching material contents of personality education. The fourth chapter is from the teaching, the practice of interactive teaching method and encouraging evaluation are put forward to the innovation of Chinese personality education. The fifth chapter mainly from the student, put forward to improve high school students reading and writing capabilities, and extracurricular activities.
