Research results show:1. Hebei high school track and field extracurriliar training target has been fixed not accurate enough, being affected seriously by the factors of entering a higher school, neglecting the basic target to educate and transport talented persons. The school pays little attention to the track and field extracurriliar training; The science and technological service level is lower, medical serve as guardian to be placed in a blank stage. The school lacks the advanced instrument and equipments; Parents' support rate is high for the track and field extracurriliar training and it is benefiting to track and field training; The source of the budget for the track and field extracurriliar training is single and in serious shortage. Ground instrument condition is not ideal enough, affected seriously the extracurriliar training's normal development.2 .The coach members' structure of academic degree level is more reasonable, but the coach members with high titles combine a small part.
