With China's reform and opening up, foreign language has been increasingly important. As a result, study on learning foreign languages has also become a hot issue. In the circle of pedagogy, linguistics, sociology and psychology, this issue has all been discussed, but the results are various. Little research has been made from the perspective of relations between language and human beings and the world. According to philosophical hermeneutics' explanation, understanding is the way of existence and language is the media of understanding. Will the foreign language also obtain the character of language when being learned and how to conform the languages' quality of a certain foreign language? This article will make a serious research concerning these two questions.After discussing the main points of view on language and foreign language, this article proves that foreign languages also have the quality of language and is also the media of understanding. So, foreign languages should have the same status as the native language does, the process of learning the native language is different from that of learning a foreign language. Gadamer pointed that during the process of learning a foreign language, the native language participates in the process of understanding, coming to horizontver schmelzung with foreign languages through media and translation. According to the research on the learners' experience in learning foreign languages and the case of huangmei, in the process of learning, foreign languages develop into essential language, becoming the express of existence. According to the research, learners can feel the quality of language of the foreign language during the process of learning, further proving the foreign languages have the same quality as the native language. After making research on the class by xuehua, the author comes to realize that foreign language can be taught in an easy way for both the teacher and the students. Based on the above conclusion, the article reconsiders the role of teacher in teaching foreign languages, coming up with the call that teacher shall create the settings for learning foreign languages. The seventh part of the article is committed to discussing two conclusions: reforming the way of teaching and raising the professional level of the teachers.It is a creative way for me to make research in terms of "lived experience". I wish this article will contribute to the further development of the foreign language teaching.
