| From the analysis of role theory's perspective, which kind of role action perform, you are playing such kind of role. Parents supervising the children's learning work in family are playing the role of learning supervisor. The forming of this role has close relationship with the school-family interaction. Based on the theories of the interactive theory and the role theory, this paper analyzes the forming of the parents' role as the learning supervisor for children. By doing this work, I found that the systematical school education and teacher's authority have produced an important influence on the role's forming. Through all kinds of school-family interactions, teachers deliver their role expectation to the parents, successfully, the parents appreciate that, and then play the role in their family .However, any roles' forming is not singly duplicating people's expectations, but being influenced by actors' personal experiences, and is formed in real contest .And the same is to the parents' role as the learning supervisor. Their understanding of role's expectation and the children and the parents themselves etc, all these factors influence the forming of the parents' self-notion. Owning to the variety of the influencing factors, the diversity of the roles formed. And thus, the forming of parent's learning supervisor role in our country is the results of the coordination consistence of performance of the same expectation from school and the diversity appeared in parents' action.There are six chapters in this paper. Chapter one: to introduce the research background, the purposes of this research and the theoretical basis; chapter two: the research status analysis; chapter three: to diachronically analyze the interaction between school and family, and thus indicate the present parents' supervisor role is developed during the modern school-family interaction; chapter four and five: the essence of the paper, to analyze the role expectation from diverse perspectives.
