With the development of economic globalization, the modern society need more and more cooperation spirit while modern education teaching pay more and more attention to cooperative learning in order to adapt to social development. Cooperative learning is one of new learning concept and study way which the modern education advocates, and has attracted the wide attention and application in the field of teaching both at home and abroad. The core value of cooperative learning is to let the students through the cooperative learning how to cooperate, which is the basic requirement of qualified citizens in modern society.Cooperative learning research in academia has achieved fruitful results and its theory become constantly supplemented and perfected. But in the process of ideological and political class in high school to implement cooperative learning, there are still a mere formality, simplistic and many other issues as one important reason is theoretical research on cooperative learning has not yet reached the level of specific elements. Positive interdependence which as an important element of cooperative learning is an important measure to check whether achieve the goal, so we can say without positive interdependence, there is no cooperative learning. To achieve positive interdependence which has many ways or approaches, role interdependence is a kind of important ways or approaches to realize positive interdependence. In this paper, author explores in-depth on how to form the interdependent relationship roles while combines with the high school thought political lesson teaching way to discuss on the formation of character interdependent relationship in teaching application. This paper aims at deepening interdependence theory and enrich the cooperative learning theory and hope it can have important theoretical significance, also has certain reference significance of cooperative learning teaching.Mainly from the following five parts to discuss relevant issues:The first part:through carding and analyzing related research literature, the author found that the researches in domestic academic circles are lack in expatiating the general theory on the elements of positive interdependence on cooperative learning, which are much fewer especially on the ways or approaches to achieve the positive interdependence; Role interdependence is the important way or manner to realize positive interdependence, which is also of great significance to achieve positive interdependence, while the researches on role interdependence just stay on the level of meaning and importance, which haven’t discuss deep into the formation way of role interdependent relationship. Therefore, by combining with high school ideological and political lesson, author discusses the formation of the role interdependent relationship on the ways of theory and practice.The second part:About cooperative learning theory, this paper discusses the role interdependence. First of all, from the meaning of the theory of cooperative learning, cooperative learning, cooperative learning three aspects to study the effect of positive interdependence, author found that the essence of positive interdependence is a relationship of mutual support, mutual cooperation, and positive interdependence can test whether cooperative learning to achieve an important observation point, thus finally clear positive interdependence is one of the important elements of cooperative learning; Secondly, based on the classification and the way of research about positive interdependence, author found from static level that role interdependence is a type of positive interdependence, and from the dynamic perspective, role interdependence is a way of positive interdependence, so this paper discusses mainly from dynamic level role interdependence is the important way to realize the positive interdependence; finally, by drawing lessons from the role of sociological theory and the theory of interdependence to role, author discusses interdependent relationships from role relationship, role and the related contents, to clear the essence of the interdependent roles is to establish a mutual support, mutual cooperation relationship between roles.The third part:The establishment of the role of interdependence needs a process. Reference to the role of sociological theory, identity theory and other related theories, the author tries to describe three specific links on the ways of forming the role of interdependent relationship in this paper. First of all, according to individual responsibility and social division of labor theory, this paper clarifies that the first step of forming character interdependent relationship is the role of division of labor in the group, and puts forward strategies to promote roles in the group through designing the gainful roles in relationship roles and clear the responsibility of the role or task in the teaching; secondly, with the identity and role theories of sociology, this paper emphasizes that the role of self-identity is the foundation of forming character interdependent relationship, and puts forward strategies to promote the role identity by designing the roles assigned book and clearing the similarities and differences between itself and the roles; then, according to the requirement of the group theory and the common task, this paper defines that the mutual recognition between characters is a key link in the process of forming character interdependent relationship, and puts forward strategies to promote the role recognition through extracurricular activities to cultivate students’ consciousness of cooperation, design character cooperation sheet and implement the role rotation system.The fourth part:the paper discusses the three links in the formation of the character interdependent relationship. Combined with high school ideological and political compulsory1"Economic Life" of the first unit of the third class "set up the correct consumption view" in the second box, author designs a debate in the form of teaching activities. And author puts forward specific teaching methods according to the role of interdependent relationship formed three specific links. First, in view of the roles in the group, there is an emphasis on design for the role of role relationship, and each role undertakes the different task; Secondly, in view of the role of self-identity, author designs the role specification to let the students clear on the task of their own role, task requirements and their similarities and differences, and roles to overcome differences so as to better into the role of play; finally, in view of the mutual recognition between characters, author designs the character sheet of cooperation which let students clear their common tasks and their own role in order to undertake the task of relations, emphasize that the common task must cooperate with each other, meanwhile let members know clearly if complete their task the help of which roles is needed, and can provide what kind of help to other roles. That is to get to know each other by exchanging form characteristic and the demand, and the role of rotation system to achieve the mutual recognition between the roles.The fifth part:conclusion part of this paper, this research summarizes, and forward-looking thinking for future research.
