the problem on educational justice becomes a hot word after we come into the economic times based on knowledge when we meet with the conflict between enlarging and reducing on education in China today. It is very important to carry out the policy improving China through the science and technology for how to analyze the educational justice in order to building the fine community during the current position. We have obtained the huge achievement on educational justice after the PRC was founded in 1949. Actually, there is educational injustice such as low enrollment in depressed area, unequal educational opportunity, disparity school condition and what not.What's the educational justice? Justice or educational justice has been explain during different times and disparity class. At first, this article analyzes the concept of justice so as to obtain the nature, direction which will develop through their opposite phenomenon. Then, primarily analyzes and research the unequal educational opportunity for many phenomenon of educational injustice. Put forward many ways and measures on the end of thee article. There are five ways: advancing economic degree as to reduce or shorten the difference between city and countryside, during different areas and classes; advancing education as to enlarge educational opportunity, keep the same position; rationalizing or balancing the educational resources; building the fine educational system including economic support. The measures carries out educational justice are those: (1)change idea, nail down duty; (2) reform enrollment system; (3) increase economic support, rationalize resources; (4)reform educational economy; (5) set up compensatory system; (6)adjust structure and the system of run school for multimode.
