Public School Status And Improvement Strategy

The thesis narrates the content, acting and presents the characters in the process of public affairs in a city high school, by adopting field-research as method, which also excavates the problems and offers answers.The whole text is composed of seven parts, except description of the comprehensive background of public school-affairs in the introduction and author's reflection in the sixth part, From the first to the fifth part, author sketches the lifely world of manageing school-affairs in NF High School Branch. In specific, the introduction includes the reasons, relative researches in world, the purposes and the way of field-research, methods etc, which show the background of the research. In the sixth part are author's arrangement and reflection of characters, problems and answers of public school-affairs, which is also one of the aims of the research. The first part simplely introduces the basic state of NF High School Branch. The second part describes who open school affairs and who are the objects , from which readers can know different school sections are those who open school affairs and school executors, teachers, students in school and students' parents,other people or organizations outside school are the objects.The third part, the center and core of the thesis, puts great emphasis on the contents of public school-affairs, including enrol new students, teaching, choose excellent classes through public appraisal and staff, finance, teacher's title appraisal etc. The forth part lets others know the various means of public school-affairs. The fifth part, which are two meetings whole staff of N High School attended in the beginning and the end of semester. Through the meetings, All people of NF High School Branch can overlook important things happened in school.Through the individual case study of public school-affairs of a city high school, this thesis aims at experiencing the real world of school management, by analyzing and reflecting the present situation of public school-affairs, exploring the tactics so as to be paid attention to and improving the development of school management.
