On The Construction Of Humanistic Qualities Of Chemistry Teachers

In order to meet the requirements of modern education, the requisite qualities of teacher are diverse. The quality of humanism is the foundation of them. In this paper, the write pointed out that the quality of humanism is very important in chemistry teacher's teaching and defined the two responsibilities of chemistry teacher during teaching by sum up and investigation. The two responsibilities are to improve the students' quality of humanism and to lay stress on the students' education for all-around development. At last, the writer provides some advice about how to form the chemistry teacher's quality of humanism.
